We’ll be gathering at Dale’s in Walburg again this year for our Country Brunch. Enjoy Dale’s delicious country brunch while meeting our ambassador animals, listening to live music, and bidding on exciting raffle auction prizes.
Pull on your boots and join All Things Wild Rehabilitation for Country Brunch, a feel-good afternoon of great food, live country music, wildlife, and community—all benefiting injured and orphaned wild animals in Central Texas.
Enjoy a delicious country meal at Dale’s Essenhaus while listening to live music from the Gabriel River Band. Meet the All Things Wild’s beloved ambassador animals, and the people who care for thousands of wild patients each year. Guests will also have opportunities to support the animals through special fundraising activities throughout the event.
Country Brunch is casual, fun, and family-friendly, with plenty of Texas charm. Come with friends, bring the family, or gather a whole table and make a day of it!

Because brunch can save wild lives.
Every ticket helps All Things Wild Rehabilitation prepare for the hundreds of orphaned wild babies that will arrive next spring.
In 2025, All Things Wild cared for more than 4,700 injured and orphaned wild animals, and we are on track to care for more than 5,000 animals in 2026. From tiny squirrels and baby opossums to songbirds, owls, raccoons, and other native wildlife, every animal that comes through our doors needs specialized food, medical care, housing, and countless hours of hands-on rehabilitation.
One of our biggest baby-season expenses is specialized milk-replacement formula. In 2026 alone, All Things Wild spent more than $11,000 on powdered formula for orphaned babies—and we expect that need to grow again next year.
By attending Country Brunch, you aren’t just buying a meal or enjoying an afternoon out. You’re helping stock the shelves, fill the bottles, provide medical care, and give wild babies the chance to grow up and return where they belong—the wild.
